Helping Children Make Sense of Their Past

Therapeutic Life Story Work is essential for children who have experienced trauma, separation, or loss. Many looked-after or adopted children struggle with fragmented memories and unanswered questions about their past. Without a clear understanding of their life story, they may face identity issues, confusion, or emotional distress.
